Refund & Return Policy – Other than Electronics Items

1. No Return Policy for Online Orders:
Indume Lifetstyle has a strict no-return policy for any product ordered online. Once a product is sold, it will not be taken back or returned under any circumstances. We encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing the purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.
2. Do Not Accept Tampered Parcels:
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. Do not accept the parcel if it appears to be tempered or damaged. If you notice any signs of tampering, kindly refuse the delivery and contact our customer support.
3. Record Parcel Opening Video:
Please record a video showing all sides of the package and the complete unboxing process. This video can serve as evidence in case of any discrepancies or issues with the delivered products. Ensure that the entire unboxing process is clearly visible in the video.
4. Complaints within 24 Hours:
In the event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we require you to raise a complaint within 24 hours from the date of delivery. To report an issue, please contact our customer support team at +91 96462 15979 and provide the following details:
* Order number
* Description of the issue
* Video showing unopened package from all sides and complete unboxing
* Photographs clearly showing the problem
Note: Any complaint received after the 24-hour window AND without the information mentioned above will not be entertained.
5. Refund or Replacement Process:
If your complaint is validated within the specified timeframe, Indume Lifetstyle will initiate the refund or replacement process accordingly. In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited only to the bank account details you have provided. Please note that the refund or replacement process may take up to 7–10 days.
