What is the minimum order quantity required to place an order?
We do not have minimum order quantity requirements. You can order any quantity that suits your needs. Feel free to order as much or as little as you need, and we'll process your order accordingly.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at limited locations only. Once you place a COD order, our executive will confirm it via call, email, or WhatsApp. After you verify the order, it will be processed. Additional charges for COD may apply, which are separate from regular shipping fees.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
In the event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we require you to raise a complaint within 24 hours from the date of delivery. To report an issue, please contact our customer support team at +91 96462 15979 and provide the following details:
* Order number
* Description of the issue
* Video showing unopened package from all sides and complete unboxing
* Photographs clearly showing the problem
Note: Any complaint received after the 24-hour window AND without the information mentioned above will not be entertained.
What is the average delivery time?
The delivery time may vary depending on the location. All orders are dispatched from Chandigarh. Typically, our courier partners take a maximum of 5 to 7 days to deliver. If your order is sent by the Indian Post Office, it may take longer than usual.

2. Does perfume last longer on the skin or clothes?
This is a tricky question, and many people believe that fragrance tends to stay longer on clothes, while some say on the skin, it lasts longer. While everyone has their thoughts, applying it on the skin is the best option to make your perfume last longer. Your body makes the fragrance stay for a longer duration of time. Bonus point, if you have a high body heat, a stronger scent will project.

Perfumes can be used for as long as you want. Remember, you do not need to throw your bottles away, believing it is expired. Perfumes never expire, and you can use the perfume for a long time. Therefore, your perfumes are always ready to use.
4. Should you rub perfume in?
While people are in the habit of applying perfume on their wrist and rubbing it with the other one, do you know this is not a way to use scents? Rubbing the perfume makes it bounce off quickly, and the notes smell effective. Therefore, if you want the exact long-lasting fragrance, never rub the perfume and apply it on your pulse points.
